Where is DHgate from?

I've heard conflicting reports about where DHgate is actually from, has it moved to a different place than where it originated? Google says that DHgate is in Beijing, but someone told me that they're actually not even in China at all. Where exactly is DHgate from and based in?

DHgate is a cross-border e-commerce platform with offices all around the world. The company was founded and is headquartered in Beijing, China, but has offices in countries such as the USA and the UK. They also have physical stores called Digital Trade Centers in the USA, Hungary, Australia, Spain, Russia, Turkey, the UAE, and Peru.
