Can I get a refund after purchasing on DHgate?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to dispute a purchase I made on DHgate. I ordered a watch but it came with the wrong band color and now the band I wanted is out of stock. Is there anything I can do about this to get my money back? Can I get a refund from DHgate and how long do you think it will take?

To claim a refund from DHgate you will need to first log a dispute with the seller of the items. If you and the seller come to a refund agreement then your order status will be changed to "Refunded" and DHgate will process the request in 1 - 2 business days. Once the request is processed you should receive your refund within 15 working days.

Keep in mind that you will be held responsible for any return shipping, so if this is required it may turn out more expensive than the refund.

If you and the seller don't come to an agreement then DHgate will get involved and mediate the situation.
