What is the AliExpress customer service like for electronics?

I'd like to buy a few electronic items from AliExpress, and I'm curious to know about the customer service. I am not very tech-savvy, so in case something breaks down, doesn't work as intended, or in case I simply need help with instructions, is there customer support? Will they be willing to help? Does anybody have personal experience? Thanks.

Yes, AliExpress has customer support that mostly helps with orders and disputes. If you want good product support, you'll have to look at reviews about the support of the sellers you intend to buy from, since AliExpress themselves aren't the ones supplying the products. However, AliExpress does have a Buyer Protection program for your protection.
